We ship across India through trusted third-party courier partners.

3. International Shipping
We ship internationally. Delivery timelines vary depending on destination country and customs processing.

- International shipping charges are calculated at checkout
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in their country.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS containing tracking details.
5. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. Omkraft is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@omkraft.com with your order number and supporting images (if applicable).
